Sunmix QUEEN industrial spiral mixer installed in a working pizzeria kitchen

The Sunmix QUEEN line is Sunmix's biggest, heaviest-duty spiral mixer — built for production bakeries, commissaries and dough manufacturers running real volume. It's also one of the hardest Sunmix lines to get a straight price on. Here's what each model actually costs.

  • Kneads 264 lbs (120 kg) of dough per batch — the largest QUEEN model
  • 200-quart bowl
  • One unit currently in stock in Miami — rare, since this size is normally imported to order from Italy
  • Because of how limited and custom this one is, we price it over a quick call rather than a fixed listing — but we can give you a number fast

What "dual motor" actually means

One motor turns the bowl. A separate motor drives the spiral hook. At this size, a single motor can't work dough this heavy evenly — two independent motors can. It's also why every QUEEN model needs commercial three-phase power (200–240V) and professional installation, not a standard plug.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "QUEEN 60-2" mean?

The number is the dough capacity in kilograms — 60 kg, 80 kg or 120 kg. The "-2" means the machine runs two independent motors, one for the bowl and one for the spiral hook.

Why doesn't the QUEEN 120-2 have a listed price?

Only one unit is currently in stock, and this size is normally imported to order from Italy rather than kept on the shelf. We price it over a quick call so the number reflects current availability and lead time.

What power do QUEEN mixers need?

All QUEEN models require 200–240V three-phase commercial power, and are floor-standing machines that need professional installation.

How much can a QUEEN mixer produce?

At 250 g per ball and normal 60% hydration, a QUEEN 60-2 batch makes roughly 230 pizza bases, and a QUEEN 80-2 batch makes roughly 320.
