Tell us what you're mixing and how much of it. A specialist replies within one business day with pricing, lead time and freight — and with an honest read on whether the machine you asked about is the right one.
Useful to include if you have it: your daily output or dough weight, the voltage and phase available at your site, doorway and dock access, and your timeline. None of it is required — if you only know that you need "a mixer for a pizzeria doing 200 covers", start there and we will work it out with you.

About our quotes
How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, from a person — not an autoresponder. If you need it sooner, call (914) 278-1007 during Mon–Fri 9am–5pm MST.
Do I have to buy in volume to get a quote?
No. We quote single units too, particularly where freight or install coordination is involved. Volume pricing simply gets better as the quantity rises.
Can you work with a purchase order?
Yes. We regularly work with schools, hospitals, municipalities and government foodservice buyers — POs, W-9s, and quotes formatted for budget approval. Net terms are available for qualified accounts.
What if I don't know which machine I need?
That is the most useful reason to ask. Tell us what you make and how much of it, and we will spec it — including telling you when a smaller, cheaper machine will do the job.
