Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship, and when can I expect to receive it?
We usually process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. So, you can expect your order within about 5-9 business days. If there’s any delay, we’ll keep you updated. You can also check specific shipping times on the product page.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from delivery to return items that are unused and in original condition. Some products may have special return guidelines listed on their product page. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. Once the order ships, returns are handled through our Return Policy. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@culinaryprofis.com.

Damaged Products

What if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you see any damage, note “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos at info@culinaryprofis.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

Order Placement

How do I place an order?
Simply find your favorite product, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information, and you’re done! You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

Order Status

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package until it arrives. If you don’t receive tracking info within 6 business days, please contact us.

Order Confirmation

Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes, immediately after placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. We recommend keeping it for your records.

Sales Tax

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on orders shipped within states where we have tax obligations. Please see your checkout page for applicable taxes.

Order Modification

Can I change my order after placing it?
You can request changes any time before your order ships by emailing info@culinaryprofis.com. After shipping, changes aren’t guaranteed, but returns are possible.
