Order Processing
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received it in our system. We will then verify the availability of your item(s) and confirm their readiness for immediate shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until we confirm stock availability.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, and any orders received after 5 PM MST will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods
We use third-party freight carriers for large or heavy shipments. If your order ships via freight, the courier will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery. Please ensure your correct phone number is provided at checkout.
Shipping Options
We offer the following delivery options (availability depends on the product):

Curb-side Pickup: Free standard shipping delivered to your curb.

Threshold Shipping: Item delivered to your porch or a sheltered/garage area.

White Glove Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice, minor assembly (excluding saunas), and removal of packaging materials.
Shipping Couriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Local Freight Companies, depending on your location and order size.
Warehouse Locations
We ship from multiple warehouses across the U.S. to reduce delivery times and ensure efficiency.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don’t receive tracking within 6 business days, please contact us at info@culinaryprofis.com.
Address and Order Changes
To change your shipping address or cancel your order, email info@culinaryprofis.com as soon as possible. If your item has not yet shipped, we’ll apply the update. Once shipped, changes are not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. Please email info@culinaryprofis.com with your order number. If your item has already shipped, the return process from our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
Placing Orders
We do not accept orders by phone. Please place your order directly through the website by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process.
Rescheduled Delivery
All freight deliveries require a signature. If you miss the delivery, the carrier will leave a note with instructions to reschedule.
Delayed Orders
If more than 7 business days have passed and you have not received your order, please allow an additional 3 days for potential shipping delays (e.g., weather, holidays). After that, contact us at info@culinaryprofis.com and we will assist you.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours. Take photos of the damage and email them to info@culinaryprofis.com with your order number. We will promptly assist with a resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
