Equipped with a gravity-feed chute, the BMGF004 holds multiple loaves at once, allowing for continuous operation up to 240 loaves per hour. The adjustable loaf holding plate accommodates varying bread sizes, while a “last loaf” pusher keeps hands safely away from blades. Bagging scoop included for fast post-slice bagging. Plug-and-play with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
Note: Not suitable for artisan or hard-crust breads. For hard crust applications, use BakeMax model BMSS001.
