Warranty
AOG offers a lifetime warranty on stainless steel burners, while other grill parts are covered for ten years. Ignition systems (batteries excluded) and accessories like side burners, motors, and thermometers have a one-year warranty from the purchase date, and vaporizer panels are covered for three years. In multi-user settings such as apartment complexes or schools, AOG provides a three-year warranty on stainless steel grill housing, burners, cooking grates, brass valves, inner lines, and manifold assemblies. All other components, barring batteries, are covered for 90 days. This multi-user warranty doesn't apply to restaurants or commercial-use settings. Labor costs are not included.
