This unit reaches cooking temperature in about 7 to 12 minutes and includes an NSF certified hold function, effectively giving you two appliances in one, a fast steamer and a temperature controlled holding cabinet. Daily cleaning takes just water and vinegar, with instructions printed on the unit's front door in English and Spanish.

This item ships by freight on a pallet and requires a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service to unload. If you do not have dock access, request liftgate delivery when you place your order. Without it, the carrier may be unable to leave the item at your location.
