AccuTemp EGF2403A4850-S2 Accu-Steam™ Griddle Includes Stand With Casters Electric

The AccuTemp EGF2403A4850-S2 is an electric, steam-heated griddle built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Instead of a standard flat-top, it uses a hermetically sealed steam chamber to transfer heat evenly to a 7-gauge cold-rolled stainless steel griddle plate, holding the entire cooking surface within plus or minus 5 degrees F of the set point and recovering heat almost instantly after cold or frozen product hits the surface.

This is the 48 inch wide, 30 inch deep stand-mounted configuration with a 1437 square inch effective cooking area, suited for breakfast rushes, burger stations, and other high throughput griddle work where hot spots and slow recovery cost time and money.

This item ships by freight on a pallet and requires a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service to unload. If you do not have dock access, request liftgate delivery when you place your order. Without it, the carrier may be unable to leave the item at your location.
