AccuTemp E62401E060 DBL (QUICK SHIP) Two Connected Evolution™ Boilerless Convection Steamers Featuring Steam Vector Technology

The AccuTemp Evolution E62401E060 DBL is two E62401E060 6-pan electric boiler-free convection steamers, double-stacked on a single AccuTemp stainless steel support stand. Each cavity operates independently on patented Steam Vector Technology (SVT), doubling total pan capacity for high-volume kitchens without doubling floor space.

Each of the two steamer cavities has its own power cord and must be connected to a separate branch circuit and separate drain line — the two units are not wired or plumbed together.
