The AccuTemp Evolution E32403E110 is a 3 pan stand mounted electric boiler free convection steamer engineered for commercial kitchens that need fast, consistent steam output without the maintenance burden of a traditional boiler system. It is built around AccuTemp's patented Steam Vector Technology (SVT), which produces steam inside the cooking cavity with no moving parts and no heating element exposed to water. It ships with a matching stainless steel support stand.

This model suits kitchens with moderate volume steaming needs, including smaller restaurants, cafeterias, and healthcare kitchens, that need to steam vegetables, proteins, rice and grains, or rethermalize boil in bag products without babysitting a boiler. The certified holding cabinet function means the same unit can cook, then hold food at temperature.

Water use is minimal, less than 1 gallon per hour, drawn from a 2.5 gallon reservoir with automatic fill. No water filtration or treatment is required, and there are no warranty exclusions for hard water.

This item ships by freight on a pallet and requires a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service to unload. If you do not have dock access, request liftgate delivery when you place your order. Without it, the carrier may be unable to leave the item at your location. Freight shipping cost is calculated per order based on the item's weight, dimensions, and your delivery location, and will be calculated at checkout or communicated to you in advance. All freight deliveries require a signature.
