Large HVAC systems are delivered by curbside service only. Carriers do not provide inside delivery, garage delivery, installation, or white glove service unless specifically stated otherwise. Tracking information is typically provided after order processing and delivery times may vary by location, inventory availability, carrier conditions, and order verification requirements.
Adult Signature Required: A person 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Freight & Delivery Policy
