Included Delivery Service

Scheduled in-home threshold delivery is included within FORNO’s covered ZIP codes. The carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment, bring the appliances inside your home including up or down seven steps and place them in your desired room. The appliances will be opened for inspection. Old-appliance removal is not included.

Please inspect every appliance before accepting delivery. If shipping damage is found, refuse the damaged appliance and record the refusal on the bill of lading. FORNO will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

If your ZIP code is outside FORNO’s standard service area, please contact us before ordering so we can obtain a delivery quote.

Warranty

FORNO provides a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor, managed by FORNO's in-house customer service team. If an appliance is deemed unrepairable, or qualified service would take longer than 3 weeks, FORNO will arrange a replacement according to its warranty terms.
