Steam-controlled compartments minimize external venting requirements, while the large brew basket drawer prioritizes operator safety. Locking casters enable flexible deployment as either a mobile service station or stationary brewing hub compatible with LBD Series thermal dispensers. Built from premium stainless steel with multi-voltage configurations, the CBS-72AC operates reliably around the clock. Includes locking casters, brew basket drawer, and installation documentation.
