AccuTemp S32081D060 SGL Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Convection Steamer Includes Stand With Casters

The AccuTemp S32081D060 SGL is an electric Steam&Hold vacuum steamer built for kitchens that need real control over steam temperature, not just 212 degrees F. Using AccuTemp's patented vacuum technology, it runs in three modes: fast cook at 212 degrees F, low temperature steam from 150 to 200 degrees F for delicate items, and a certified variable temperature hold mode from 100 to 200 degrees F. It needs no water line, no drain line, and in most areas no hood, since it is EPA 202 evaluated and NFPA 96 compliant.

This is a single-cavity 3-pan configuration, configured as a stand-mounted unit with casters.

This item ships by freight on a pallet and requires a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service to unload. If you do not have dock access, request liftgate delivery when you place your order.
