The AccuTemp Evolution E62401E060 SGL is a stand-mounted, 6-pan electric boiler-free convection steamer — the same E62401E060 cooking unit as the countertop model, but pre-mounted on AccuTemp's stainless steel support stand for floor placement. Built on patented Steam Vector Technology (SVT), with no moving parts in the cooking chamber.

This configuration suits kitchens that want the steamer at working height on the floor rather than a countertop, without changing any of the cooking performance or capacity of the standard unit.
