This is the Quick Ship program version of the AccuTemp Evolution E62401E060 — a 6-pan countertop electric boiler-free convection steamer built on AccuTemp's patented Steam Vector Technology (SVT), with no moving parts in the cooking chamber. Quick Ship units are pre-configured for faster lead times than standard build-to-order equipment.

Like the standard E62401E060, this countertop unit uses less than 1 gallon of water per hour from a 2.5-gallon reservoir with automatic fill, requires no water filtration or de-liming, and includes a certified holding cabinet function.
