The AccuTemp ALLEC-20 is a 20 gallon stationary electric kettle from AccuTemp's Edge Series, 2/3 jacketed and floor mounted, built for soup, sauce, and stock production in commercial and institutional kitchens. It is insulated for safety, with a seamless deep drawn 316 stainless steel kettle liner and a 304 stainless steel outer jacket and casing.

Temperature is thermostatically controlled from 150°F to 260°F (65°C to 126°C), and the heating elements can be replaced in the field, which keeps service simple if a repair is ever needed. A 2 inch compression draw off valve with a 1/4 inch perforated disc strainer makes emptying and cleaning straightforward, while a pressure relief valve, air eliminator valve, pressure gauge, and automatic low water cutoff with indicator light protect the jacket system during operation.

At 20 gallons, the ALLEC-20 fits kitchens that need a dependable stationary kettle for moderate volume liquid based cooking. This includes schools, healthcare kitchens, and full service restaurants. This item ships by freight on a pallet and requires a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service to unload. If you do not have dock access, request liftgate delivery when you place your order.
