Model PE-IT-0038-D | Omcan USACrafted in Italy for demanding commercial kitchens, the Entry Max Series delivers the blistering heat and stone-deck authenticity of a traditional wood oven—without the wood. Two fully independent chambers let you bake, finish or hold simultaneously, each soaring to 842 °F (450 °C) for fast, perfectly charred pizzas every time.
