Below the prep surface, a storage cabinet with one epoxy-coated shelf provides backup space for ingredients and supplies. The table includes a ¾” thick polyethylene cutting board, durable casters, and efficient R290 refrigerant cooling to maintain temperatures between 33°F and 40°F.
